Terms & Conditions Agreement

UAE Independent Subcontractor & Project-Based Expert Engagement Standards

TECHNICAL SERVICES DUBAI — PROJECT-BASED SUBCONTRACTOR & EXPERT AGREEMENT

Independent Subcontractor Status: The Expert is engaged strictly on an independent project-by-project or work-order basis. This registration does not create an employer-employee relationship, sponsorship obligation, or end-of-service gratuity entitlement under UAE Federal Decree Law No. 33 of 2021 unless explicitly contracted separately.
Legal UAE Residency & Work Authorization: The Expert warrants and certifies that they hold a legal UAE residency, freelance green visa, valid employment visa with company NOC, or valid trade license authorizing technical services. The Expert indemnifies Technical Services Dubai against any immigration or labor penalties resulting from false claims.
Workmanship Standards & 90-Day Defect Liability: All services executed on behalf of Technical Services Dubai must adhere strictly to Dubai Municipality, DEWA wiring regulations, Civil Defense standards, and manufacturer specifications. Any workmanship faults, water leaks, or wiring trips occurring within 90 days must be rectified by the expert at zero extra labor cost.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) & Site Safety: Expert agrees to wear steel-toe boots, safety goggles, and company-authorized workwear at all client premises. The Expert is solely responsible for maintaining compliant tools and adhering to Dubai Occupational Safety (EHS) codes.
Non-Circumvention & Client Non-Solicitation: Strict Prohibition: The Expert agrees never to quote, exchange direct personal numbers for private transactions, solicit, or execute side work for any client introduced by Technical Services Dubai for a minimum duration of 12 months. Violations will result in immediate disqualification and legal claim for damages.
Payment Terms & Milestone Sign-Off: Project compensation is released upon successful client sign-off, engineering inspection, and submission of the completed task order. Payouts are made via direct bank transfer, exchange transfer, or authorized cash disbursement.
Authority Clearance & Community Gate Passes: The Expert consents to the verification of their uploaded Emirates ID and Passport for processing community gate passes (Emaar ECM, Nakheel, DAMAC, Dubai Silicon Oasis) and security screening.
